ARTBA encourages members to use social media to contact Congress through new platform; tweets include infographic on jobs As music from the game show "Jeopardy" played softly in a hotel meeting room, members of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association pulled out their smartphones and began contacting members of Congress. In just a few minutes, more than 80 advocates delivered about 350 tweets, Facebook posts and emails.
